What is a Workplace Assessment?
For many reasons, CCR International’s Workplace Assessment is an excellent tool for “taking the temperature” of the workplace. Assessments enable leaders to find out more about the strengths or weaknesses of workplace culture from the perspective of those who work there.
Assessments provide a baseline of information from which to develop a Workplace Restoration Plan or to use as a benchmark to compare later survey results and measure progress.
Workplace culture is defined by a collective understanding or set of expectations concerning norms and patterns of behaviour that is shared by the people who work there.
