One-on-One Professional Coaching Sessions
What is Professional coaching?
CCR International offers both one-on-one and team coaching.
Coaching is a self-reflective, future focused, meaningful conversation. Coaching allows the individual to explore the assumptions, limiting beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that are getting in the way of achieving their professional goals. Whether that is to be an effective leader, resolve conflict, work more effectively, or to live life in a balanced and intentional way, coaching can help.
Styles of coaching include executive/leadership coaching, development coaching, as well as crisis or conflict just-in-time coaching. All methods used follow the strict standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The goals of coaching are:
To discover and clarify the personal and professional goals that matter deeply to you
To understand yourself better so that you can recognize the blocks and patterns that get in your way
To develop solutions and strategies that will help you achieve your goals
To sustain positive change, infusing your life and work with purpose, passion, and a greater sense of well-being
