We help you create a harmonious and sustainable organizational system that is rooted in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
DEIB leads to an organization where the full potential of the individual is engaged, where innovation thrives, and where views, beliefs, and values are integrated.
CCR international prides itself in curating safer, more inclusive, and honest spaces where people can feel encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
In all of the work that we do, we work through the lens of DEIB.
We recognize, respect, and welcome the various levels of readiness, lived experiences, opinions, and fluidity of perspectives and identities that enrich our landscape.
We believe in meeting every unique client where they are at through a trauma informed, client centered, inclusive, and learner mindset.
Anti-oppressive and Trauma Informed Framework
The reality is that racism, sexism, and other forms of oppression and discrimination are wide-spread systemic issues that are often embedded in institutions and policies that impact everyone. CCR International applies an anti-oppressive framework in all of the work that we do by identifying and addressing systemic disadvantages and power imbalances that impact identity issues, effective communication, and a sense of safety and belonging at work.
It is our goal to help organizations take on a learner mindset that demonstrates open-mindedness and a willingness to self-reflect on internal processes and mechanisms. We do this not only to ensure accountability, but to ensure consistency between the stated organizational values and their impact.
Curating Psychological Safety
Establishing psychological safety is a foundational part of our work. This is known as the ability to feel safe in bringing your full self to work (your ideas, identity, beliefs, etc) and not hold back, mask, or hide what feels important.
At CCR International we foster and support psychological safety in our process in many ways, such as: allowing expressions of emotion through skilled facilitation that moves the group forward, giving agency/choice through options on how to engage in our process, curating a space of non-judgement and curiosity, seeking group consensus, establishing clear boundaries, creating group safety agreements, providing clarity around confidentiality, providing multiple styles of interventions to meet the varying levels of need and readiness of participants, etc.
Our Commitment
CCR International, is fully committed to upholding the Human Rights of every person where they have the right to freedom from discrimination based on ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, race, creed, sex, sexual identification, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status, or disability and endeavors to address any action to the contrary in a decisive and timely manner.
