Workplaces may require restoration for a number of reasons. Whether you are recovering from a crisis in the workplace, dealing with antiquated systems and structures, or experiencing general dysfunction and employee malaise, restoration is an essential process for creating a vibrant, healthy, and productive workplace.
CCR’s workplace restoration process has three phases: Assessment, Intervention/Implementation, and Evaluation/Reporting. The activities within each phase are adjusted and adapted to meet the unique needs of the client.
